Captain Shreyas Iyer and Nitish Rana took the lead after both the openers were dismissed early. Iyer scored 34 and Rana scored an unbeaten 48. Apart from these two, young batsman Rinku Singh also played a good innings. He scored 42 not out in 23 balls. KKR achieved the target of 154 runs in 19.1 overs. He won the match by seven wickets.
